GRAPE VARIETY: Cabernet sauvignon-franc

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE and THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE

A great wine from the Colli Berici vineyard, that displys a ruby red colour, excellent balance, and a full herbacious bouquet typical of the Cabernet Franc. It has a strong liquorice flavour, and a rich elegant texture, Dry and full bodied with the unique style of the estate. Oak aged for twelve months in order to achieve the perfect balance between tannins and ripe fruit flavours.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

A good companion for red meat and grilled dishes. Serve at 18C in large red wine glass.

GRAPE VARIETY: Cabernet Sauvignon e Cabernet franc

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE and THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE

A meticulous blending of Cabernet Sauvignon which in aged in french oak casks for 12 months in order to achieve the perfect balance of tannins with ripe vanilla aroma.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

An excellent accompaniment for game bird and wildfowl, wild boar and mature cheeses. Open ore hour beforehand, and serve ar 18-20C in a tall large red wine glass.

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE

The 100% of the carbonic soaking most with whole grape allow it to has low acid and particular aroma. Gently press and red fermentation with controlled temperature, thanks to these technics this wine  conserve enjoyable fruits aroma and become wine in advanced of the rest of the classics wines.

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE

A lively ligth ruby colour, with a delicate wood fruits perfume. Fresh taste, dry and armonic.


SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Wine for the whole meal which goes well together with white meats and cheeses, raccomended with the chestnuts, the tipical and traditional fruit of the fall.
