GAMBELLARA CLASSICO GOLD D.O.C.

GRAPE VARIETY: Garganega

PRODUCTION TECNIQUE

Produced from the Garganega grape, and harvested in the first 10 days of october, the wine is carefully pressed and given a controlled fermentation in stainless steel in order to give it a crisp fresh character.

THE CHARACTERICS OF THE WINE

A clear, bright yellow colour, whith a dry fresh bouquet, an a palate of almond and peach. An harmonious and well balanced texture gives way to the soft bitter finish that in typical of the Garganega grape.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Ideal with light hours d'euvres, grilled fish, and the "Baccalà alla vicentina" that is a speciality of Gambellara region. Serve at 10-12° C in a small white winwe glass to best express the wine's finest.

RECIOTO DI GAMBELLARA CLASSICO D.O.C.

GRAPE VARIETY: Garganega

PRODUCTION TECNIQUE

Made from the ripest Garganega grapes,which have a higt concentration of a natural sugar. After the harvest thei are laid out on wooden racks in a cold, dry, well ventilated loft colled " i fruttai", which allows the air to circulated around the individual grapes. In mid-Febrary following the harvest the dried grapes are pressed using traditional methods and than given a long fermentation, to produce a rich and sweet wine with great finess, "il Magnifico Recioto".

THE CHARACTERICS OF THE WINE

A rich golden color, and strong persistent fruity bouquet. Full and exquisitely balaced on the palate, and with a long aftertaste of great finesse.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Ideal with dessert, cakes, cheese and foie-gras.

VIN SANTO DI GAMBELLARA CLASSICO D.O.C.

GRAPE VARIETY: Garganega

PRODUCTION TECNIQUE

Harvested and dried on open racks similar to the way in which the Recioto is made, the wine then goes through successive fermentation before being aged for 12 months in oak barriques.

THE CHARACTERICS OF THE WINE

Through it's difficult describe any wine it's virtually impossible to describe a Vin Santo. It has a rich and deep golden color, and an aroma of honeycomb and perfume. Though three style in sweet the wine has a fresh, invigorating palate. An aristocratic wine that has a long, persistent, and delicate finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Just as a fine pearl should stand alone, so this wine cannot easily be matched with food. It's a its best as a wine of medition, served fresh but no cold, in a dessert glass, and on its own.
